Can I pursue B.Ed via distance education?

Greetings for New Year. I hope, through Ed external course, you mean distance learning course. If you would have provided with educational details, it would have been easier to answer. But never mind. B.Ed has become mandatory for candidates pursuing teaching as a career. I would personally recommend you to do a regular B.Ed course, as it is given more value. B.Ed from IGNOU is the best distance learning course. For this and any other distance learning course, two years teaching experience is needed. You will have to clear Central Teaching Eligibility Test CTET also for better placement. I hope my answer proves satisfactory and hope your career takes full swing this year. Best of Luck.
