Can I pursue B.Ed while working in an MNC? Presently, I'm working in healthcare sector.
I finished my B.Sc biotech in Bishop Cotton Women Christian College, Bangalore in 2016 and joined an MNC.

Yes, you can pursue B.Ed. As you are working at present, you can choose distance B.Ed where you need not attend regular classes.
