Yes, you can pursue B.Sc. Getting less marks doesn't mean you are not up for it unless cut-off becomes a hindrance.

You can opt for paramedical courses which do not need math.

Yes, if your eligible for any particular B.Sc institute then you can pursue B.Sc in different fields even if you've scored less marks in mathematics.
