Can I pursue B.Sc (Hons) in chemistry as I have scored 48% in HSC from JAC board?

You can check the requirements of the colleges you would like to go for. Each college has a different requirement. Few may take a minimum of 90 percent marks and a few may just go for 40%. But I can tell you the colleges who ask for 40% won't be so good.

For further studies, yes you can. Please do check with the requirements of the college in their respective websites. You will get the details.

I am sorry to say that you are not eligible for that, but some private institutes may select you. The fee structure will be very high.
