Can I pursue B.Sc in agriculture, veterinary science or MBBS with 57% in PU?

I have scored 51 marks in physics, 71 marks in chemistry, 35 marks in maths, 72 marks in biology and 48 marks in English.

Yes, you are eligible for B.Sc, MBBS and Veterinary. But in my personal opinion, your marks are not good for MBBS and B.Sc. But don't worry, marks is not the factor in getting admission in MBBS and veterinary. So work hard and score good in the entrance exam.

Yes, it requires 55 percent. You are eligible just by margin in my opinion. Do not opt for veterinary.

Yes, you are eligible for veterinary but remember, it is not a stable career the income is very less and you need to work in villages.
