Can I pursue B.Sc in statistics in my Bachelors? I have maths, statistics, business studies and accountancy in my 2nd PUC.

For this particular programme, most of the Universities require Mathematics subjects in class 12th whether it's from Commerce or Science.
But you need to check the particular university eligibility and admission process.
