Can I pursue B.Tech abroad for free through some scholarship after doing Diploma?

It cannot be completely free. Even if you get 100% scholarship, you will still have to pay for rent, food and other basic services. Not to mention Flight fare.

Hi,
Completely full scholarship and free studies is difficult. You can check Norway, Poland etc. Germany offers free education but they are extremely competitive. If you have the grades you may have a chance.
