Can I pursue B.Tech after 12th with science?

Dear, Yes, you can pursue with you science subjects (physics, chemistry and mathematics) but for that you need to apply for JEE and advanced or other top universities for the admission in B.Tech branch. All the best.

Diploma is not compulsory for doing B.Tech. 12th science along with JEE Mains is compulsory for doing B.Tech.
