Yes, you can pursue B.Tech but it is just a waste of time and money so looking for bright future should go for M.Sc physics or you can go for MBA.

If you are already a graduate then why do you want to pursue B.Tech? Go for further studies like M.Sc or MBA or try to get a job in the government sector.

I am not sure Priyanka whether you pursue B.Tech after B. Sc or not but if you are already a graduate why don't you pursue MBA instead of B. Tech. And if you wish to study the subjects of science stream, then you can choose to pursue MBA with a specific specialization.
University of Petroleum and Energy Studies provides you with an opportunity to study MBA with different specializations.
For example, you can choose to do MBA in Energy Trading, for which the eligibility required is Minimum 50% marks at Higher & Senior Secondary level (10th & 12th) and Graduation in either Commerce / Economics / Mathematics / Statistics / CA / IC
