According to me, both are almost same. They provide the same degree of the graduation. Jobs in both the field are almost same except the technical background. So, it is better to pursue something else like government jobs or jobs in private companies.

Both of them are graduation degree. The only difference is the duration. It is possible to pursue B.Tech after completing BSc. You can also go for M.Tech. You need to prepare for an entrance exam to pursue M.Tech and can get a seat in IITs or NITs.
Best of luck.

Both, B.Tech and B.Sc comes under graduation degree. B.Sc will comes under science stream and B.Tech will comes under technical stream. To get admission for B.Tech, you need not produce your B.Sc certificates.
All the best.
