B.Tech. (Computer Science and Engg. - Cyber Security) Duration: 4 yrs. (8 Semesters) is a highly in-demand program run by LPU ! with all the factors which influence employability.
Eligibility Criteria (Qualifying Exam) is Pass with 60% aggregate marks in 10+2 (with Physics, Mathematics and English) or equivalent, subject to qualifying LPUNEST.
LPUNEST will be exempted in case student has scored more than or equal to 90 percentile in JEE Mains or 90% aggregate marks in 10+2.

I may be wrong but according to my best of knowledge Lovely Professional University is only University who is working very extensively in cyber security like specialisations. LPU is offering BTech honours cyber security also. This is an Engineering programme which seamlessly articulates the concepts from basic science to technology with relevant practice through lab and projects for building the problem solving skills, keeping industry requirements in place. Students will develop competence in areas like programming, Database Management Systems, Networks and Security, Operating Systems, Cloud Computing etc.
