Can I pursue B.Tech from IITs? I have got 74.80% in 12th.

    You cannot pursue B.Tech from IIT, because they have got minimum 75% criteria.

    Sorry to say but its a no as IIT strictly says at least 75% in all subject mean above 75% or 75% not less than it and as you said you are from CBSE, then you won't came in top 20 percentile because top 20 percentile of CBSE is above 85%. So, you try in any other college.

    For that you need to clear JEE Mains and JEE ADVANCE with good score. Only then, you will be able to get the college.

    You will not be able to take admission in IITs. When you have above 75% in 12 class, then only you will be able to.

    No, you'll not be qualified to give JEE Advanced which is the only exam to enter the B.Tech course. Else, you can dropout and write an improvement exam and prepare for the JEE advance. You will definitely make it.
