Hi, Yes, you can pursue B.Tech CSE, and then M.Tech nanotechnology because most of the universities require B.Tech, BE, M.Sc with physics, chemistry, bio science, natural science, electronic science, instrumentation and Mathematics as an eligibility. All the best.
