Can I pursue B.Tech in textile (lateral entry) through distance learning from Nitra?

There is bad news for aspirants of BE via distance education. SC has canceled degrees of many students awarded by such universities. It's best to join some college. If it's not feasible then I would suggest you to clear AMIE which is considered as equivalent to engineering graduation.
