    Hello,
    I hope you are doing well. So, you want a good B.Tech college with 52 marks so for this you must go for state level counselling and yes somehow, you can get the topmost private college with this rank. Try for state level counselling. All the best.

    You can get semi-government or private college only not the best college. For best engineering college, you have to come rank under 10,000 rank or 30,000 rank. So, if you want to try for good marks prepare one year and apply JEE Mains next year.
