Yes, you can pursue B.Tech or BE in Karnataka after your Diploma from West Bengal. Not even Karnataka, you can take admission all over the India. The syllabus of the exam for computer Science can vary from university to university. So, please specify from which university's syllabus you want.

You can pursue Engineering graduation from any Institute in India after completing Diploma from recognised institute. And please be specific about what syllabus are you asking for so better help can be provided.
