Can I pursue B.Tech through distance?
I have done Diploma in ECE. I have completed my HSC education.

You have a good background till now. You may go for B.Tech through distance mode. You can go for SSK College based in Chennai. It is quite famous for this purpose. But, in the meantime, you won't be attending classes, why don't you join a job. You can gain some work experience as well.

Yes, of course you can. There are many institutes in India that are providing B.Tech course through distance in all branches.
