    No, firstly you have to pass your 12th, then you will be eligible to take admission in any course or college you want.

    No you cannot do. As per eligibility criteria, candidate should have passed 12th in Arts/ Science/ Commerce streams with 50% of aggregate marks for general and 45% for reserved categories.
