Can I pursue BA Psychology from IGNOU?
I have done 12th(ISC) with 54%. I was pursuing B.Com 1st year but didn't complete it.

Yes you can. Sorry to know that. But if you really want to do psychology and it is your interest then I cannot say anything. Else complete your Bcom
