Can I pursue bba 2nd year at KLU after completing 1st year in another college?

I have completed my bba 1st year in another college which is affiliated by OU.

No, you can't do that. If you want to do BBA from KLU then you have to do it again because there is not any option to change the university in different year of a same degree. You can leave this year and then get Admission in KLU for BBA degree.
