Yes, with the academic qualification you have you can definitely apply for BB in New Zealand or Australia but you also need to provide evidence that you have achieved one of the following levels of English language proficiency:
IELTS (Academic module): Overall score of 5.5 (no band less than 5.0)
TOEFL Internet: Overall score of 55. Section scores no less than:
Pearson Test of English (PTE): Overall score of 42-49 (no section score less than 40)
University of Cambridge - Advanced (CAE): Total score of 47
VU English - English for Academic Purposes (EAP) (Level 4): achieved.

You can go abroad to pursue BBA but notice these things.
    1. First, find out the colleges in Australia which provide BBA and the qualification required by the college.
    2. Remember, when you go abroad to pursue higher studies, especially in English-open countries, you must have good spoken English and written English.
    3. I think you have to qualify an exam related to your knowledge of English.
    4. You must have completed class 12th with good marks or you will not have the rank to join any college or institution in Australia.
    5. I suggest you check all institutions on net in Australia and get the details of courses which they offer.

Yes you can pursue BBA from New Zealand or Australia. New Zealand Universities do offer comprehensive BBA and MBA courses. Monash in Australia, Schulich in Canada, LSE, UK are some of the very famous universities/ colleges for BBA & MBA. However, For the benefits of students passing out of school in 2020 and wishing to do BBA from Canada or Australia, it is advisable to study in an Indian college this year that offers an international degree for its BBA programme. You may study at the Indian college for this year and next year after the pandemic ends you can take a transfer to the university/ college of your choice or the partner Colle
