Can I pursue BBA? I am appearing for 12th boards and my 2 exams are left. I am from arts field.

It's a good idea. BBA is a good career choice. But, if you have taken accounts and are interested in it, then I feel BA in accounts / finance will also be a good choice. -

Yes, you can do BBA. Think about the subject / area of expertise you want to study in BBA. There are wide varieties available for BBA / MBA like:
Finance
HR
Marketing
