some college offer dual specialisation in BBA some not it depends on college you are going to choose.

MBA finance and marketing are good but if you like finance then go for MBA finance and if you have basic about marketing concepts then go for MBA marketing

It depends on the career path, which you have in mind. If you have picked out a more niche area of expertise, then it would be best to go for a BBA course.
In fact, if you wish to be a financial analyst, risk manager or credit analyst, then a BBA in financial analysis and services is the best optio
