Can I pursue BCA after completing class 12th (commerce)?

I didn't opt for maths in HSC.

You can go for BCA. You should have a minimum of 50% in class 12th (any stream) to do BCA. Some colleges prefer students who have studied Mathematics till 12th class whereas there are some colleges which give admission to those who had opted Arts or Commerce. Most of the renowned universities conduct entrance exam after qualifying that exam you can take admission in BCA.

Yes you can do BCA is a blend of Science, Commerce, Management Studies & Computer Science. It helps you holistically, hence, opening up opportunities for a lot of industries. BCA graduates always find success in whatever field they choose as there is a lot of scope in the area. They learn about the importance of computer applications. Since the world has become more and more dependent on computer software technology, their knowledge is precious for the world today. BCA graduates have good scope in jobs as a Web Developer, Web Designer, Network Administrator, System Manager, Computer Programmer, Software Developer, Software Tester, etc.

Hi Sail,Yes, you are eligible for the BCA, as in BCA you only have to develop computer applications that only needs coding.
