Yes, you can take admission in BCA programme after completion of 12th irrespective of no Math and CS for your reference I am stating the eligibility condition of LPU for BCA programme:

Pass with 50% aggregate marks in 10+2 (with English or equivalent. For a candidate, who has not studied English as a subject, the condition of English may be waived off provided the candidate in his qualifying exam has studied in English medium. -

The answer is yes. But you must know some facts before you start working on admission process. BCA is a Bachelor's Degree course which any stream students can pursue (science, commerce and arts) after completing 12th schooling from a recognized Board.
But the main problem is that to get admission in reputed Institutes, one must also have taken part in Entrance examination (State wise and/or All India Level) and scored good marks in it. Now this is not something that most Commerce/Arts stream students do.
But the good news is that many other Colleges exist, where Commerce stream students may get direct admission in BCA program.
