Can I pursue BCA after completing Diploma in computer applications?

Hello,
You should have 50 percent marks in 10+2, then you are eligible. All the best. -
BCA is the graduation degree of Bachelor's computer applications and for that you need to pursue 10+ 2 with minimum of 50% in your PUC. So, I think you are not eligible.
