Can I pursue BCA after completing HSC with CS?

I didn't opt for maths in HSC.

    Yes, it is possible to do like that. But, you need to study with your full attention to get good marks.

    Yes, you can do BCA after commerce but you needed to study mathematics during the BCA programme.

    You can go for BCA after 12th commerce. But, you will have maths as one of the subjects in 1st year.
    And, students from science background will have accounts for 1st year.
