    Off course you are eligible for taking BCA or other Bachelor's degree after Diploma.

    BCA is the graduation degree of Bachelor's in computer applications, and for that you need to pursue 10+ 2 with minimum of 50% in your PUC. So, I think you are not eligible.

    No you can't pursue BCA after Diploma you can go for B.Tech.
