Can I pursue BCA or B.Sc CS from IIT?
I have completed my class 12th PCM last year with 95% marks

IITs does not offer degree courses on BCA or B.Sc in CS. You are advised to appear for JEE to do B.Tech CS in any of the IIT. You may refer to academic programs offered by IIT Indore: http://academic.iiti.ac.in/academicprogram.php
