Can I pursue BE abroad after completing my Diploma in mechanical engineering? Which is the best country for the same?

Hello Shweta,
As It seems that you have 3 years' diploma. After this, you pursue a Bachelor course anywhere in abroad. There are chances that few universities will give you a direct entry into 2nd year of the under-graduate course.
Most of the countries are proving 3-4 years of course in Bachelor level.
