    Look, if you wish to go for Data analytics course, then for that you should be very well versed with all the online software which the companies are using nowadays like tally, Spss, advance excel. If you are having keen interest, then only you should pursue the course. And, for the sake of M.Sc you should check which college prefer entrance test or just consider the marks of graduation.

Yes according to new education policy 2020 it is allowed to change college in 2nd year and colleges also accepted but you have to go first and talk to admin that I want to take admission in your college in 2nd year I am from this college etc.
