Physics, Chemistry & Maths in XII are eligible.
Entrance test- IITs.

No, Biotechnology courses are also there for students who did their XIIth in PCM subjects.

Kirti, Any Life Science Degree would require an Candidate with Physics, Chemistry with Life Science (Botany & Zoology/ Biology) in their Higher Secondary Course and Biotech is not an exemption.
