    Yes, you can. You only need complete your HSc education for the same.

    Yes, you can apply for the BBM programme on the basis of class 12th marks, but before that you should reconsider your future planning and evaluate the reasons behind your failure in B.Com because the first-year structure is not difficult.

    Before opting for a new programme, find your interest and then pursue a programme which matches your calibre.
