Can I pursue both B.Com through correspondence from Delhi and BA (Regular) from another university at the same time?

In 2013 expert committee formed by UGC had recommended to allow the students to simultaneously study two degrees. But VCs of major universities did not support it therefore as of now earlier policy is applicable. As per current UGC guidelines simultaneously study of two-degree courses is not allowed
