Can I pursue CCNA+CCNP+MCSE after completing Diploma in computer science engineering with backlogs?

There is no minimum.qualification prescribed for CCNA CCNP and MCSE certification and they comes with huge cost. Only a graduate either BE or B.Sc in computer science or BCA are advised to opt this certification as without graduation you won't get any placement
