Not at all it's necessary to complete (10+2) means your intermediate, so all the best for the future.

Not at all. You must complete your class 12th first with minimum 75%.

Eligibility Criteria for taking admission is Pass with 50% aggregate marks in 10th, subject to qualifying entrance exam. Yes, you can do chemical engineering through different college located in different places of India but firstly you are not eligible for exam right now you should prepare for IIT exams 2 year and after completing your 12th, you can able to give the JEE entrance exam. All the best.

No, you can't do chemical engineering after class 10th. You will have to clear 12th first then only you can do chemical engineering from IIT only if you qualify JEE Advanced. Good luck.
