Can I pursue civil engineering through lateral entry?
I am doing the job here in Doha,Qatar.I have done my Diploma in Civil Engineering in 1992 from U.P. Technical Board.

Those who have completed a 3 year diploma from recognised polytechnic colleges can seek lateral entry admissions to a B Tech programme through lateral entry admission tests conducted by the state level competent autorities.

Any university who is providing the degree in Civil Engineering as per my requirement.Please let me know.Money is not a matter.
