You are not eligible to seek admission in B.Tech CSE unless you have PCM in 10+2 stage. You are eligible to seek admission in BCA to become a software engineer.

You can go with it if you have IP but majority of engineering colleges demand Science stream with PCM or PCMB stream.

For taking up any branch of engineering it is mandatory to take Science in class 12. or do Polytechnic and then join 2nd year. As with commerce, you can't do engineering.

You can't be able to pursue computer engineering, but you can opt for the BCA in that. You can become equivalent to computer engineer.

Yes, as Mr. Sunil said, you must have PCM in 10+2 stage maybe minimum 50-55% and then, you may get admission in BCA to become a software engineer.

No, you are not eligible unless you have passed your 12th with PCM category. But you can pursue BCA after doing 12th with commerce.

Same as here what others said is true. You should have PCM, otherwise, by taking commerce you can do BCA.
