Yes, you can, you just have to write engineering entrance exams.

Yes, some companies give 12th marks limitations, mostly top class companies like Google, Microsoft, but it does not mean everything is finished. If you again work hard in you graduation then you will succeed and also get a lot of chances to work for these top class companies.
