Can I pursue courses at IGNOU after failing in 10th?

I study bt I can't pass in ssc so I'm fail in 10 th class.

    Class 10th is the least you require to enter any other programs in this country. Almost all programs in India require you to pass at least class 10th. Even for IGNOU courses you have to qualify class 10th.
