Can I pursue CSE in DCRUST or YMCA College?

I got 61 marks in JEE Mains and I'm an OBC candidate and tfw. I'm a Haryana resident.

YMCAUST does not offer CSE. Instead, it has computer engineering which is more or less identical to CSE. Also, YMCAUST is ranked higher than DCRUST in Haryana, so if you have a choice, go for CE in YMCAUST.

I am not sure about the 2017 CSE cut-off of these colleges because it will not release the expected cut-off, so you can visit the campus and ask for the admission on behalf of your JEE score it may you are selected for that.
