Can i pursue D.ed and BA english honours at the same time from different institutions?
I want to do D.ed (2 years) regular. So can i do BA(hons) English at the same time.

Two degrees even from different colleges is not permitted by UGC norms. Rest details you can check from good college sites like osmania, lovely univ, galgotia etc
