Can I pursue degree in civil?
I completed itc civil draftsman @6 yrs back. Now i would like to get a degree in civil, is there any option to get it by distance? Bcoz i am living abroad, if its possible which is best instiute to do that? If its not possible what is the way to get it? Expecting experts kind answers.

You are an ITI Certificate holder and not a Diploma holder. A Diploma holder can get admission in lateral entry i.e. in second year of B Tech in regular mode. I hav seen some universities are offering engg degree by distance, is it not approved by any of indian authorities? If i am going to civil diploma what is the procedure?
