Can I pursue Diploma in computer engineering in Mumbai after class 10th?

I scored 53 percent marks in class 10th. I appeared in my class 12th board exams but not sure that I will pass the exam.

Yes you can do Diploma in engineering after tenth grade in Mumbai but at very first prepare yourself for the entrance exam and secure good marks and good rank in it. Best of luck thank you.

Yes, you can. There are a lot of institutes that offer Diploma in engineering. The admission is based on merit as per your 10th scores.
