Can I pursue Diploma in CSE after completing class 10th?

I scored 66 percent marks in SSC.

Yes, you can do it. But, there are many Bachelor programs which you won't be able to do because you won't have the basic foundation of 12th.

Eligibility Criteria (Qualifying Exam)

 

Pass with 50% aggregate marks in 10th  (with Mathematics, Science and English) or equivalent.

Yes, Diploma in CSE is available after completing class 10th. The duration of the programme is 3 years. The eligiblity required is 50% in 10 with mathematics, Science, and English or equivalent.
