    Yes, you can, you can apply for any course, short term or long term Diploma course.

    Yes, surely, you can do diploma and even you can do MBA or M.Sc in fashion designing after your B.Com.

    Yes, you can because I am planning to do the same. Also, I have discussed it with a lot of people and they say that it is good to pursue this course after completion of UG course if one is having interest in this particular field.
