Can I pursue Diploma in regular mode and class 12th from open school simultaneously?

Yes, you can purse Diploma and class 12th regularly. But, this can effect on both Diploma and class 12th. Therefore, I would suggest you please chose one thing. If I would be at your place, then I will choose class 12th, because after class 12th many opportunities are available.
