Can I pursue Diploma in software engineering or do I need to do Diploma in computer science to get into B.Tech in software engineering?

Hello,
I understand and appreciate your interest in pursuing software engineering. You can pursue Diploma in computer science and then switch to B.Tech in software engineering as the syllabus is the same for both the courses. Only in the third year of B.Tech, the syllabus slightly varies, wherein,
