Can I pursue distance B.Ed. after M.Com as a govt. employee (non-teaching) with no experience of teaching?

Hi, Eligibility and Selection Procedure for BEd in Indian Institute of Professional Studies Bachelor of Education Programme (B.Ed.) is a Two year correspondence course. All students who have passed B.A./B.Com./B.Sc. from Bhartiya Shiksha Parishad, Uttar Pardesh or Recognised Universities under U.G.C. or Equivalent are eligible for admission to this course. (Preference will be given to working teachers).
