    I am afraid you need to be a graduate to pursue any post graduate programme like MBA. So first complete your graduation & then explore MBA.

    Yes, you can. But with your experience, it's better to do executive MBA from a reputed B-School. Top B-Schools offer a lot of opportunities to experienced people.
